The Pauls Valley Foundation for Academic Excellence was established in 1990 by a group of concerned citizens with the vision to commit 100% of its resources to the enhancement of education in the Pauls Valley and Whitebead school districts. Through teacher grants, student scholarships, and educator scholarships the Foundation has significantly impacted education in our community. The Foundation is staffed entirely by volunteers with virtually no administrative expense.
